Penny Sitler from The National Needle Arts ociation’s appears on public television’s Knitting Daily TV program to talk about the Helping Hands Foundation and ways they are getting a new generation excited about learning the needlearts. Three grandmothers discuss how they introduced their granddaughters to the cross-stitching craft. The Helping Hands Foundation, Inc. provides publicity, documents, start up supplies, how-to books and a leadership guide for after-school programs, scout groups or other youth groups that establish a Needle Arts Mentoring Program (SM).
