We take a field trip to Shea Stadium in Queens, New York to join Stitch-n-Pitch at the NY Mets / Atlanta Braves game on August 8th, 2007. We meet with knitting celebrities Lily Chin and Debbie Stoller and there are over 800 knitters – crocheters in the stands!

This was very cool! First time I had heard of this. I wish I would have known about it, we just live in CT I’d have come down to Shea! Love Lily Chin, she’s a hero of mine. And Yeah! Subway knitter!
